Jenelle

For 18 years, Jenelle has helped people get stronger, move better, and feel confident again — with a special love for working with older adults. She holds a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and certifications through ACSM (Exercise Physiology) and NASM (Nutrition Coaching), plus training in cycling, kickboxing, and perinatal fitness.

She doesn't just hand you exercises. She watches how you move, adjusts for pain and history, and meets you exactly where you are.
